Tarpan
It involves retaining medicated ghee (ghṛta) or oil over the eyes within a boundary.

Abhyanga
Abhyanga is the external application of medicated oil (taila) over the entire body or specific parts.
Pacifies Vata dosha(especially dryness, stiffness, cracking, and fatigue),
Musculoskeletal Strengthening,Skin Beautification,Induces Sleep etc.

Mashapinda
It is a form of Pinda Sveda (bolus sudation) which applied over the body through a massage and sudation technique.
Enhances circulation, facilitates removal of toxins (ama),Promotes rejuvenation in chronic neuro-muscular disorders etc.

Swedan
Swedana is the process of inducing sweat through heat, using various methods. Dilate body channels (srotas), reduce stiffness, liquefy doshas, and prepare the body for Panchakarma procedures. It is a primary Purva Karma (preparatory procedure) for Shodhana Chikitsa.

Nasya
It is a Panchakarma procedure in which medicated oils, powders are administered through the nasal route.

Cupping
Cupping known traditionally as "Alabu Karma" in Ayurveda, is a form of Raktamokshana (bloodletting therapy), where suction is created on the skin using cups.

Viddhakarma
It is one of the classical Anushastra karma (procedures done without major surgical instruments) and shares similarities with acupuncture, dry needling, and minor bloodletting.

Katibasti
It is a classical external Snehana-Swedana procedure in Ayurveda, where warm medicated oil is retained over the lower back (Kati pradesha) for a specific period. Treating lumbar pain, spinal disorders,stiffness,Promotes strength and flexibility of spine etc.

Janubasti
Janu Basti is a classical external therapy in Ayurveda in which warm medicated oil is retained over the knee joint (Janu sandhi).
Knee joint pain stiffness,Ligament injury,
Post-traumatic knee disorders etc.

Netra parishek
It is one of the Netra Kriyakalpa procedures in Ayurveda, where lukewarm or cold medicated decoctions or liquids are gently poured over the closed eyes in a continuous stream. It is especially indicated in conditions involving burning, redness, discharge, fatigue, inflammation of the eyes etc.

Shirobasti
It is a specialized Murdha Taila procedure in Ayurveda, where lukewarm medicated oil is retained over the scalp.

Shiro lepa
It is an Ayurvedic topical application therapy where medicated herbal paste is applied over the scalp for therapeutic and preventive purposes. Karnapurana

Anajana

Patrapinda sweda

Garbhasaskar
