Triphala

Triphala is one of the most famous herbal formulations in Ayurveda, known for its detoxifying, rejuvenating, and balancing properties. It's a combination of three fruits:
Amalaki (Amla / Indian Gooseberry) – rich in Vitamin C, supports immunity and digestion.
Bibhitaki (Baheda) – supports respiratory health and detoxification.
Haritaki (Harad) – known for cleansing the digestive tract and boosting metabolism.
